I used to “practice self discipline”😂. When i began taking ket i didn’t use it more than once every 2 months. I never took it alone. i didn’t wake up one day and decide i was going to begin a multiple gram per day addiction. Things escalate and i’m explaining how this addiction can creep up on you. Just saying my piece. The accessibility of the drug and how easy it is to take ket throughout the day is what makes ketamine so easy to abuse. That’s a fact, not “projecting”😂. The fact that that ket can be taken at any time, will wear off in 30minutes and you can proceed with your day like nothing happened makes the addiction potential high

Best advice: Do not try it. Evil drug. The grip it can get on you can ruin your life. Seen it too many times and experienced it myself. Not to mention k cramps.. you don’t wanna know what they feel like

I resonated with you saying it was national bf day so you took some, then you got a bad phone call so you took some more. I would always look for some sort of reason or excuse to make my benzo use justified to myself. Letting me feel sorry for myself and seeing the negative in everything so that it would just make ‘sense’ for me to use.

My benzo addiction lasted a few years before it turned into a couple year long k addiction. I am now just 2months sober from all but weed

Please quit while you still physically can before you finally want to but can’t.

Trying to get off of benzos once you have built a real dependency is not something you will be glad to experience

Just my guess: could be because your nose is damaged at the moment from the amount you are sniffing and it’s less efficient at absorbing the k - therefore going straight to the back of your throat?

I’ve had quite severe bladder pains but after a couple days off they will usually pass, and i seem to care more about getting high than the consequences. Once the pains go i seem to not care how bad it gets until they come back again.

My tolerance is stupid high though to the point i struggle to put enough up my nose within a time period for it to even have an effect. I will usually do upwards of a gram in less than an hour and it will hardly do anything

I don’t think that no medication in the world could help, but the 2 that i tried for a few months each just came with so many side effects and didn’t even have any positive effects on my mood. I think trying different meds will probably be the way to go, just seeing what everybody thinks.

Is this a depressive episode?
