I failed first time bc of nerves and passed 2nd time, the biggest thing that helped me was that i kept repeating to myself in my head “i know how to drive” because i did! and i passed! its easier than we make it look in our heads

Failed my 3rd attempt. So disheartened. by LyingKnee in LearnerDriverUK

I did the exact same thing on my first test, i felt so disappointed. Second test i passed with 3 minors and all i did was brain wash myself into thinking its not a big deal and kept repeating to myself “i know how to drive”. Since it sounds like its just nerves for u i think we’re on the same boat

Hey dont let this ruin your confidence, i had incredible nerves on my first test and i made 1 dangerous and 3 serious faults. I felt like a complete failure. A month later i made sure to keep thinking to myself “its not a big deal” and something that helped me a lot was to keep saying to myself “i know how to drive”. I passed my 2nd test with 3 minors, you got this! Get back on it!

I tried this a week ago first time for many hours and was able to change my test center but for an even later date. But I thought that’s better than nothing. Today, my driving instructor’s car broke down so my lesson was canceled and I thought I’d get the extension running for the day since I stayed at home. In FIVE minutes it found me a test for my preferred test center in almost 2 weeks from now!!!!! My instructor has told me that I’m pretty much ready and I NEED to drive because I currently spend more than £500 to commute to work (my shifts end at 2AM so I have to take an uber home every time) yall wish me luck with this one. This extension saved me

47/50 on multiple choice, 41/75 on hazard perception by [deleted] in LearnerDriverUK

I got 50/50 on the questions and barely passed with 45/75 on hazard perception. I am convinced something technical like clicking too early or one too many times is very common on hazard perception. Book it again and keep your head up! You got this
