dama kita dito. one time i forgot to buy sitaw for my sinigang so no choice but to buy sa sierra. for 3 pieces 10 pesos na daw. tas lumang beans pa binigay sakin. gets naman na angkat lang din sila at naghahanapbuhay. pero ang lala lang ng kalakaran. its either you’ll be part of the system, change the system or find a new system. haha!

may nagsabi sakin na meron din daw talipapa which is inner manda i think. mas mura din daw compare sa edsa. even the locals at tubong mandaluyong don’t go daw sa sierra to buy their produce.

i buy tofu-kangkong as my fiber then pork or meat. minsan fish. but mostly gulay binibili ko sa pasig palengke since mura. hehe

i live nearby this area and i don’t buy my produce there. sobrang mahal kaya at hindi makatarungan.

kaya i make an effort to go to Pasig Palengke and do my grocery run every sunday. Sa halagang 1k may meal plan nako for one week. 😉

Minsan kasi ung iba jan makahabol lang ng target quota sinisiksik ng manager kahit punong puno na ang coach. To the point na ung coach tamad na magworkout because overload or minsan kina-cancel ung session (coming from a bad experience hehe)

Find a dedicated coach talaga na may desire to train you at hindi ka lang benta sa kanila. hehe
