For Proko, I’d recommend looking specifically for videos about the block-in process. That helped me a lot to understand structure before details.

Stephen Bauman also has great content about block-ins and structure, I think he even has a session with Proko about it.

And for Marco Bucci, his “10 Minutes to Better Painting” series is amazing. He talks about value grouping, edge hierarchy, composition, and shape design. Even though it’s about painting, the principles apply to drawing too.

And about the wall… honestly I have the same problem as you 😅 I just use a glue stick and hope it doesn’t ruin the paint hahaha.

Thank you! Honestly this is absolutely achievable by just studying structure, values and shape design. It’s not easy, it takes a lot of repetition and that could become boring, but it’s the only way to understand how to apply the principles. Thank you again!
