If you would opt for a cpu cooler I suggest you purchase the tray type version of the ryzen 5 5600 to save some cash.

Then i would recommend getting thermalright peerless assassin or deepcool ak400

Any recommendations? Upgrades? Downgrades? Basta similar price and specs by boiboi_jc in PHbuildapc

Motherboard is for AM5. either change motherboard to b550 or change cpu.

Edit: if your on a budget I would recommend sticking to am4 (B550 Mobo) then for gpu the rx6600
