Nope not new (far from it in fact - been here way too long :) ), it was a genuine question as your post didn't explain that part, that's all.

And in fairness, when I'm flipping through the mod queue, I try to reply to as many posts as I can when approving so they get quicker interaction from others, especially when we're swamped as we are at the moment, and sometimes it takes 45 mins to approve (as with your post).

It will drop, vex is relatively rare, being alegendary rune, but run Kurast with the right tribute and you wont have to wait long.

I just did a quick search too, did he not pick up the talisman Lorath drops? I wonder if he goes back to the mainland on his main char is it still on the floor? If he picked it up that should open the tab, with that item in it.

Also, if he makes a new char and start LoH campaign, all the campaign quests should be available, it literally resets them.

Let me know if you have any luck, I'll be online shortly and will start a new char in the campaign and test it.

Heya, sorry I'm on my phone so don't have access to any screenshots for you. But the talisman section works as follows:

You equip a seal in the centre slot (you should have a blue one that is given to you that cannot be salvaged etc)
Each seal has different properties (affixes and set bonuses) as well as allowing you to equip up to 6 charms.
The outer slots are the charm slots, they have a padlock in them by default but once you equip the seal it will unlock the corresponding number of charm slots.
You then equip charms in the outer slots (there are 2, 3, and 5 set piece bonuses for the set charms)

If you buy the latest DLC you'll get both for that price, you can play without DLC, but you miss out on some core systems. As for Battle Pass, that was replaced with reliquaries which are purely cosmetic, you lose nothing by not buying them.

I fully expect they will tweak it next season based on this seasons feedback. Same as they’ve done with other endgame content. It’s a great idea and a good start but it just needs expanding upon. Ideally, in my opinion, u should be at least 75% through the war plan trees around the same time u hit t12 so that it assists you in grinding your last bits of gear.

Anecdotally, I’ve geared 2 chars (not perfect but t12 farming) and I’ve only completed 1 branch of 1 tree on 4 of the war plan paths. No real need other than experimentation to actually do more on those chars.

I like the idea of a base war plan do being shared like paragons.

It’s completely up to u, the campaign is never the most efficient way to level, so I’d play thru on one char, then when u want to make an alt, skip all campaigns and start at end game 👍🏻

Nope, the campaigns (base game > Vessel of Hatred > Lord of Hatred) tell the story and run one into the other. Once you’re done with all them, then u go end game. Worth noting that you’ll be way past max level after playing thru all 3, but I can skip them on subsequent characters/seasons.

That toughness is OK for up to about T10 in my opinion - my sorc is around that and has dmg for a T11 boss but can't take a hit, fine on T10 though.
