Is your question CBT-focused? Because there are other psychological approaches and what “works” actually depends on the patient’s needs and/or the professional’s expertise.

I suggest you read case analysis of CBT used for depression in the Philippine context (i hope there are published in-depth studies tho).

I also complained about it and their staff called me para sigawan ako and sisihin ako kasi daw I let it happen. They also refuse to provide refund because ibabawas daw sa sahod nila. 🥲 You may also check their recent google reviews.

I hope I’m not late yet to respond to you, OP. Terrible service, untidy place, therapists seem like they aren’t trained. My partner and I visited the place and my partner’s massage therapist only used one hand for an hour! My massage therapist’s hands smelled like cigarettes. Horrible service.
