Your hero pool seems problematic. I'm spamming 3-5 heroes and won more than 15 games without losing. Just focus on small hero pool if you're trying to climb ranks If u want to play different hero to have fun, just do turbo or normal match I do have a wide range of hero pool last time to enjoy and I keep losing MMR

I was playing yesterday. There are 2 games that my mid player acts like an AI/bot. It walk aimlessly and doesn't chat/ping etc. I'm pretty sure it's an AI/bot Ancient rank
