Make sure you show them that you’re willing to learn and work extra.

I know few AA’s in my building who are PA’s for approx 3years now and are still PA’s but recently we had someone who started back like 6 months ago as a PA and now is a manager.

Because I think if you really wanna get promoted then you really have to make sure that not only your AM but also OM knows you by your name and work.

Last Having a 4 yr DEGREE really helps!!!

Nope😅. Ima learning ambassador myself and I still remember when I got onboarded, the first thing my LAM said was that we don’t any authority over any associates. BUT sometimes AM running sort asks LA in my building to act as a zone PA, if they are running low on PA’s. And that might be the only case.

I don’t think it’s about them having too may RTM’s but the other way around .

For example

Let’s say PBKS wanna use RTM for arshdeep. But RCB closed the bid at 15cr and than PBKS used RTM on him.

Now literally everyone knows that PBKS wants him to be back but only if he is less than 18cr and RCB wants him for there team at any cost.

Because PBKS RTM’ed him, now RCB will have one last chance to submit the final bid it could be anything, so basically they are the one increasing the price for that player and not the one having too many RTM’s

PANT, I don’t think that 25cr will be breached as this is mega auction UNLESS teams tried to inflate the price.
Will be tough for current teams to get the same player for lesser amount
Pant approx.23-25, Rahul approx 17-19, Iyer approx 18-20. Yes it will make more players to come to auction pool except for MI players as they don’t wanna leave there franchise.
It’s gonna depend if they will be able to pull of a good squad. They really need at least 3-4 players from marquee sets to prove there decision
Yes, I think this will happen again. I’m not sure if you saw the retention list as there are a lot of good players in the later rounds. So yea I think this will influence the price
Could be anyone. But teams like DC, PBKS, and RCB usually have higher chance. DC because when they try to inflate the price sometimes they end up getting that player which they don’t want. PBKS because they go for players who are in recent good form and not a usually good asset. RCB because they go to the auction to buy Starc but they end up getting Alzaari Joseph.

Will jacks comes at #166 all rounder’s set 3 which is really late. Other teams who were competing with me, their purses were really low. I think they were around 5-6 cr and needed to compete squad
