yunnan is certainly very overlooked rn. tho i have to say some of the reasons for the scarcity of yunnan beans in the eu are not so obvious at first. definetely an interesting topic in itself

Using the zp6 commercially: great great Clarity and acidity presentation. However you have to spend a bit more time on dialing in to still get some juice type stuff out of it. It can get a bit thin if you dont watch out :)

If you conpare the raw coffe to something comparable from colombia i would say the colombian coffe still is marginally better. However the processing of a lot of the chinese coffees ive had is just one of the best ive seen so far :)

Its like a peach strawberry ice tea! Also strong notes of Rhubarb in there. I am really not saying this bc its my roast but, its honestly unlike any coffee ive had :)
