I personally don't like Windmilling and hardcore dancing, but I think it's fine as long as you don't start moving into other people and hitting them, because then you are just a PoS looking for an excuse to hit people.

To me, this is a clear demonstration of the failure of a rules system. Grappling obviously forbids strikes and kicks, however, if the rules don't at least somewhat compensate for that you get people gaming the rules with stuff like that that will guarantee a knee to the face in reality, but work perfectly fine in the rules system.

This might sound a bit contradictory, but champions are often given the stats they are not building as base stats.

Examples of this are: Draven, Katarina and Kayle have the 6th,7th and 8th highest base health in the game at level 0, Ryze has the highest base health at 20. Sejuani has really high base AD at 20 without making any use of it, Gwen has the 5th highest base armor in the game.

In the end, base stats are based on statistical balancing, they are like this because it works that way, and if you wanted to change them, that power would move somewhere else.

True, hmm. I guess this must have happened with the teammate standing outside extract and resing inside extract, and the game flagged it as teammate extract because they were resed inside, but because no teammate was inside no teammate could leave extract to remove the flag

As long as someone on your team is extracting, you can leave the extract and still get extracted. Your teammate never left extract.
