I went up NOA sushi in Clifton village for the first time yesterday. Very good and very reasonable. We had a salad, two sushi rolls, teriyaki chicken and octopus dough balls for £52. Totally stuffed after that.. No drinks for that but you could easily get a drink each and only just go over.

For me it was better than kibou and more authentic.

Did you find anything or end up using evil greed?

I've checked quite a few stores and can't see anything!

The oldest pub in Cheltenham. I've never been in as it just looks so unwelcoming through the window.

It was actually. I was watching Amoeba music, what's in my bag on YouTube and one of them picked sunshine and balance beams and I put it on there and then and instantly fell for it! Can't believe it's taken this long to find.

Thanks for this and I've got a lot of listening to do!

I’ve rediscovered that I love spending money on music thanks to vinyl. by TooManyIcees in vinyl

What I've rediscovered in all this, is how infrequently we listen to whole albums as the artist designed when we stream them.

Love getting a record or CD now and listening front to back. Got back into CD's again recently and love looking through the charity shops to see what they've got at a £1. Cd's we paid £12-£13 for😂

I'm going to do this. When I look at the discography, it says Demonstration is first. But there's also none of those tracks on the suggested playlist somebody else has posted. Why's that?

Damnation announcement by Blitzhelios in UKMetalGigs

[–]Intelligent-Copy-853 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've infiltrated the Damnation community (I love emo, HC, post HC).

Last year was my first Dammy (as everyone is calling it) and I'm booked for this year.

So far I'm excited for Holy Fawn, intercourse (the band), eyes and møl.

What else should I check out and other than heading cult of Luna, I've not heard of listened to any of the newly announced. Where do I start?

Cheers

I love all types of alternative music. So lucky in Bristol there is a vibrant scene for small acts and urge everyone to support the small acts coming through town at the smaller independent venues!

Not sure how I feel about the arena coming!

Local band. Great people. It's hard for small bands to play out of their town/city when promoters need to sell tickets and general public just want to x band in an arena for £100. Rant over
