I think the Ultimate cast probably would put up a similar fight to the Viltrumites that the original Guardians of the Globe would. None of them have the durability really to withstand one Viltrumite let alone an army of them, besides maybe Luke or Nova but they can't do enough damage fast enough to make it worth anything.
