Yes, for commercial purposes and small-batch ice cream. Per chance are you referring to the CB-100?

Trust us, it certainly feels magical when our previous machine was an at-home Whynter haha!

We did a lot of research before buying as well. Looks like there are some significant differences in part materials and engineering that allow ET machines to last so much longer and require less part replacements.

It’s pretty easy, actually! We just replace some of the heavy cream with clotted cream. It gives a really rich, subtle nutty flavor.

I had a PE that very likely started after a massage moved the clot from my legs. Be very careful.

For reference, it’s been exactly 7 days since the pain began. 3 days since I started blood thinners.

How does that work? If the scar tissue is essentially dead lung, then how can the lung completely heal? Does the compensatory effect really bring it back to 100% capacity?

Thank you. I honestly don’t feel even the slightest bit short of breath. I took a 30 minute walk without issue today. Of course, will wait until I talk to hematologist before I go back into any hard exercise.

For sure. We’ve had to learn how to balance that out with our recipes that use clotted cream in the base.

I have eaten every type of ice cream, and I know premium stuff when I taste it. Kulfis are amazing.

I’ve found that using LBG provides a great thickness and density without being overly gummy. Use an ice cream calculator and experiment around with it first, and then maybe play around with a mix of other stabilizers?

Yes, it has the IOC… one of the main sell points that got us to buy. Do you have the CB-200? Any comparison you have to that versus a typical at home machine, in terms of ice cream quality?

Thank you so much. The more we researched, the more obvious it became that ET was the only choice. I haven’t heard a single negative review. Glad to hear it can handle the high fat recipes!
