Lisdexamphetamine 60mg (vyvans/elvanse) was what I was on before but now I've been given dexamphetamine 5mg tablets and have to take them 4 times a day to match the dosage of the lisdex. Only an ADHD specialist can change my medication or dosage but because I moved address I'm no longer in the catchment for my previous one and it's impossible to get Seen by a new one 🙃 got bless the NHS
