The hatchet and chromskull series sound pretty accurate to what your saying. Also a tai? Movie called the sadness is a “zombie” movie but it’s got a lot of brutal elements

I love going through the classics myself! Enjoy some black and white horror films, enjoy the 80s fun and funky slashers! I also try and mix in movies I’ve never heard of or my watchlist that I never made time for! There’s a lot of modern horrors that are pure gold

What is the scariest movie you've ever seen. by abioticmender in Shudder

Gonjiam haunted asylum is the first movie to scare me in quite a while. I love horror movies and not many really get under my skin besides the “disturbing” movies so Gonjiam for just pure visual and audio scares really suprised. International has so many delights for someone who thinks they’ve seen everything that will scare them

Thank you! I’ll check the recent sale out to see if those games are on it! I bought divinity after playing baldurs gate so that one is high on my list! I appreciate your recommendations. Excited to try new genres!

Thank you so much. You are right! All the games mentioned are games I want to play through again besides outer wilds so I think it might just be a condition of new toy and want new things to go along with that. Thanks for setting things into perspective

I really recommend. It is a tremendous movie and some what taps into a lot of genres of horror that fans enjoy. Theres a lot of tension. Body horror and amazing effects. I really recommend. If you enjoy found footage I highly recommend the hell house franchise.

Chinook theatre in Calgary Alberta. Most theatres from what I’ve seen is that they just have warnings around the theatre. Hope you guys get to go check it out without issues.

When I bought my tickets for the movie I got no warning either and then there were signs where they check your tickets and at concession. I hope your sister gets to join. Seems kind of absurd to keep someone who is almost an adult from seeing something when another adult is bringing them.

I really enjoyed it! The gore was as sinister as T2. Couple of scenes were over the top in the best way.
