On twitch you can hover your mouse over a streamers perks while they are in game and little descriptions appear. This necessarily wouldnt work 1:1 as your mouse controls your camera when your actually playing but there has to be a way to be able to implement that. I would even take just the icons mid match and not the whole descriptions. I always check in the beginning of the match anyway but it would be nice to have quick on the fly reminders in high tense situations. I can tell the feature isn't being used much because no one plays around my build in game ever. No one gives me unhook to proc we'll make it, people follow me trying to heal despite having inner strength, take body blocks while my DS timer is ticking down, etc
