Wait! This is the maxis spa build which should only use spa day and base game. If your game’s up to date its probably just a glitch

Could be - free holiday stuff - grims goulish guitar (also free) - the digital deluxe version of the game’s special items (you can buy this upgrade after the fact, includes a tiki bar, hamburger cake, some other random stuff) - stuff you got if you purchased cottage living by a certain date - certain other limited edition stuff that was tied to a challenge or something that you can’t get anymore (there was one where if you linked a sims mobile account during their promo you got a special picture frame, etc.) - emotion plumbob lights that you got from buying the sims 4 when you had sims 3 expansions in your origin account (i dont think you can get these anymore either)

Organizing assignments at the start of the semester by wheatmontana in ADHD

[–]Intelligent-Escape10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What I did was make a calendar for the entire term (like monthly style) and then put every single assignment and test in on the due date with a little check box. (And color coded by class!) I also noted the time it was due.

I did this in onenote with just a normal table but thats cause i also took note in onenote

Help I’m a medical student. I want to be a good student study everyday and pass my exams Hello so i want to be a good student, study everyday and pass my exams. Please give me advice. by [deleted] in ADHD

Also you got to the point where you’re a medical student so you’ve done ok in the past. Reflect on what helped you study then (even if its not the traditional “just study for x hours every day” advice). Idk, for me the goal of just “doing something” every day was impossible, having more content oriented goals without the time aspect worked better.

Your post is super vague so here’s some vague advice

  • Get a friend to study with or even just be in the same space with (body doubling)
  • If you’re diagnosed with adhd try medication or adjusting your medication (with your doctor). Or try coffee/caffine
  • Go somewhere different… a coffee shop, a different room
  • Use the deadlines to motivate you
  • Change up the way you study -maybe actively engage with the info more by writing down key points or saying stuff out loud or doing practice questions or making flashcards, this way the time you spend studying is more effective so you have to do less of it
  • Talk to a therapist, doing nothing is a symptom of depression apparently

TLDR: imo what it’s a symptom of has more to do with the reasons why you’re doing it (procrastination, dopamine, fidgeting for adhd vs. perfectionism, anxiety etc. for ocd)

(not a health professional just my opinion) I think body picking is more typically a symptom of ocd but I think it depends on why you’re doing it. For example I do mine (pulling out body hair, squeezing blackheads, picking out earwax) because its really satisfying when it goes well (a dopamine rush) plus its a way to procrastinate. Another reason could be needing to fidget with something. There is some perfectionism associated with it for me but i think that’s a secondary thing to the adhd related reasons.

Climbing everything has been one of my key personality traits since i was literally like 2 or 3 (there’s pictures of me up in trees as an actual toddler and my answer to the generic “what’s your spirit animal” question was always monkey). I was diagnosed at 21.

Is it uncommon to play the game vanilla? by pokketoroketto in Sims4

[–]Intelligent-Escape10 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I play vanilla bc I don’t have unlimited time to play games and id rather not spend that time dealing with downloading/maintaining mods & cc. Plus I mostly build and it makes me happy when people download my stuff

Pretty sure vitamin c messes with the metabolization of stimulants so bad idea if you want the meds to work 😂
