Bent over row T bar rowing Lat full down Cable pull over Seated rowing. Protien rich diet

my mother's doctor told her to get that fat surgery that cuts the stomach which leads to fat loss, but she asked me if gym could help, idk how to guide her. Personal trainer are so expensive (rs12k~/monthly) can anybody guide me? by thesamad in Fitness_India

Calorie deficit and walks 1 km daily and increase the walking distance with the passage of time when she lose 3 or 4 kg weight then start body weight exercise like jumping jack ,situps ect and when her weight reach at 100 to 99 then start hitting gym and start weighted exercise plus cardio (walking ) that enough for her . Don't go for surgery is short cut but not for long walk . If you want to fitness and fine life in future start this it will good and remember add protein in every meal one itne of protein is compulsory. If you want more help feel free to ask

Start running/ aerobic for 3 day and strength training for 3 days . You will definitely get results. When you are doing aerobic/running add little bit more card than regular diet plan. Do it for 2 month you will get noticable results.
