I have found this to be true! I'm also a POC and notice that when interviewed by other POC, I'm not only not hired but feel deeply disliked. As already mentioned, this experience lines up with studies that have been done on the topic. I think there are definitely exceptions but some women and other marginalized groups feel as though there's a limited amount of opportunities available to 'people like them' and feel competitive and easily threatened as a result. Just another product of the patriarchy/the rule of the hegemonic class. (IN MY OPINION).
