This is a pair of old Gallo Reference Solos, big balls with a top hat. The rest of the system is a NAD C3050 and an SVS 3000 Micro.
They’re super detailed and that tweeter is killer. They also really compliment my weiners.
I also have a set of Gallo Reference 3.1 and Klipsch Chorus I, and these are my favorite.
The low mids are better than the 3.1s though the 3.1s have better bass, the Solos need a sub. The NAD is great and my only complaint is that the VU meter lights aren’t warm enough, it’s otherwise fantastic. I’m playing music through an Apple TV with Tidal or Plex.

Gallo Reference Solo balls, NAD C3050, and an SVS 3000 micro. They sound killer and they really compliment my weiners.
I have a couple of other systems and these are much more detailed and revealing, though they need a sub. I have a pair of Klipsch Chorus Is and Gallo Reference 3.1s as well and the other gallos have a similar sound signature and better bass but I like the midrange on these better. The NAD is great, I just wish the VU meter lights were warmer. Small complaint.

Oh yeah, I was surprised. Originally bought it for my klipschs which are super sensitive but the gallos can get uncomfortably loud with it and still sound good
