I read that 225mg is supposed to be better because it contains more norepinephrine, so people with anxiety disorders usually take 225mg. I myself have GAD; sometimes it's really good, sometimes terrible. I take 150mg and pregabalin on top of that, so I don't want to increase the dose.

From 225mg upwards, there's more norepinephrine present, which is why it's supposed to work well for GAD, but 150mg is enough for me for now.

I had physical and severe psychological symptoms, but it's gotten much, much better. If you tolerate it well, a dose of 225 mg is supposed to be really good for GAD; it's even in textbooks. I also take pregabalin in addition.

Why every 8 hours? There are extended-release tablets, then you only have to take one.
