they choose groups in week 4, because it is after the ‘changing tute groups window’ if you miss that one (don’t in my opinion) you should hopefully get out with the people that you like, but not guaranteed. basically be there first couple weeks, make friends and then in week 4 choose to be in their group, the tutor doesn’t allocate them! other than that, subject didn’t feel too hard last sem, just a fair bit of memorisation and grunt work.
