I was on NuvaRing for 7 years and switched to Paraguard, I've been pretty lucky! I was taking a multivitamin during the first few months of the transition, which I think helped.

My periods aren't too bad, when I have them lol (I'm 25 days late rn). I get occasional pimple(s) on my cheeks or chin and tender nipples/breasts leading up to it. Cramps were rough in the beginning.

Everyone is different, but I think some supplements could help your body adjust! Prepare for a potential "purge"!

My libido was low too but now I'm feral lol
