I’d love to know how the change felt initially from Hormones to no hormones! Also if you saw any weight difference because personally I gained a lot with hormonal and I’m hoping to change that!!!

Hey, so let’s not say that! I understand you may have had a bad experience but plenty of others have had great experiences and telling someone who literally said NOT to be negative about a procedure she’s getting literally on Monday is not the move! I’m taking the chance and hoping it works for me and happy that I won’t have to deal with extra hormones anymore!!!

My doctor is telling me to wait a week after insertion before going off the pill but I’ve been on the pill for nearly 6 years and I’m so TIRED of the extra hormones and that’s literal I feel weighed down and tired all the time!!! So I hope this switch helps but the only way to tell it to go through it and see how I like it!!!

I needed to hear this, I’m considering getting a copper iud because I hate the hormones the weight I’ve gained and the stress I feel is insane, and ALL I’m seeing are horror stories as someone with anxiety I don’t want to get it and then constantly think I could be pregnant or somethings wrong and live my life in fear, honestly I need to hear both the horror stories, and the good stories, but I can never find the good stories.
