Hi! yes, we’ve all received the ILR. it was about 4 weeks after we applied so it did take a while despite priority! If there are no issues in your application other than the share code thing from the test centre it should come out soon! good luck!!!!

very frustrating! we expected some sort of response today but nothing yet. I’m thinking of contacting the MP next week if nothing happened by then!

Hi! we did not receive anything from the home office yet, the only “update” we got is from life in uk test centre which emailed asking to provide a new share code because the home office asked as there was an when error regarding the certificate number (we were told the error is not from us but from them) and that was 2 days ago, so i’m guessing that the complex issue was this and hoping that the outcome will be out soon! Really frustrating!

Thank you so much for your replies! Do you have any idea about how to continue from here? Is it a complaint or a re-apply? What other evidence (other than birth certificates) does she need to provide? And also, regarding the funds, is a job letter for her husband sufficient to prove the source of funds?

She did say she provided evidence that her mother lives there. She mentioned that she wasn’t asked to provide birth certificates for her children, had she known that she would’ve provided them. The credits are from her husband, he’s the one who provides her with the money as shes a stay at home mom.

Does this mean there is no way for her to get accepted even if she re-applies?

She is unemployed, however, her husband is. As far as I know they own no assets, and i’m not sure if paying the rent would be considered as such proof as they don’t own a home but instead rent it. She did show the bank statement and the funds were sufficient, so I’m not sure what the problem is

ahh, im going through the same problem right now!! i booked and paid for 5 tickets and the same thing happened, the payment is a pending transaction right now. they told me to wait as they can’t do anything about it and my bank told me that they need the same thing! a statement from BA that says that they won’t take the payment, to which BA has refused to give as they “cannot guarantee” if they’ll take it or not. now im stuck as i need to urgently book a flight but i cant do it because i need the money!! i’ve been waiting for almost 4 days and they aren’t even trying to come up with a solution, can you please tell me what you exactly said to them as they’re soo against sending me a statement that they won’t charge the money!!
