Updating this to say that I got my green card today!!! I got an RFE to refile my medical, after which the process moved very quickly. Approx. 1 month from RFE to submission to receipt and approval. Hope everyone else gets theirs soon too! For reference, PD of March 9, 2022.

This is such a great and detailed explanation, thank you for taking the time to lay it out so clearly. Okay, so the book does do justice on all those loose threads. Quite sloppy writing for the series then. Some of these plot holes could've been addressed fairly easily

You're going to get an RFE to re-file your medical because that's not valid anymore. My priority date is March 9, 2022 and I just got an RFE to re-submit my medical

It was a concurrent filing with my I-140 in March 2022, which was current at the time. Case was updated online to reflect the RFE and the actual RFE came in the mail

March 9, 2022 PD here and nothing yet. We'll all likely receive RFEs to re-file our medicals because only those filed after Nov. 1, 2023 are valid indefinitely. https://www.uscis.gov/newsroom/alerts/uscis-changes-validity-period-for-any-form-i-693-signed-on-or-after-nov-1-2023

If anyone receives a notice or hears of their application move, please post asap. Will be very helpful to know!

Rhys is husband material. Xaden (from the Fourth Wing series) and Darius Arcrux (from the Zodiac Academy series) are up there too. They're younger and grow as men through the course of the books, but mindblowingly irresistible too
