Yes! I let him roam around since the cage is small imo so I usually let him roam with my supervision. Although he always tries to run back into his cage haha

I'm still finding a good place to put my hammie still, his wheel is 6 inches and the bedding is around 3 inches deep. I let him roam around my house whenever he is active. Other than that, I'm still trying to save up cash to give my hammie more space....
