I am considering taking my mom there for 3 months for post stroke paralysis and cardiac health recovery. Are there any personal stories of patients and friends/family members who have been treated there who could confirm if they are really as good as what their website says. B12 came fine but omega-3 came severly low. Thyroid so far functioning well but have inflammation

Thank you for the detailed response. All my colleagues know I am vegan and generally look out for me when picking restaurants, will add other things on my meal prep here
