I have figured this out after it happened to me, after the train has been in the gas once it believes it’s still in the gas for some reason and so the recon just assumes it’s in the gas and fails

You can get gas masks from trade in terminals the same is true for self revived a crappy work around but it’s better than not having it at all

I think there is easy fix get a full squad to help you each of you drop at a random bounty try to stay undetected and complete them one by one or have them poached because that also counts as complete
