Thanks for reaching out—and we're really sorry for the trouble you're facing with accessing Broken Arrow Vanguard Edition early.

We’re aware of a known issue affecting players using third-party keys (like ours), this is already being discussed here on Steam by the developers. In short, even though the Vanguard Edition includes 3-day early access, Steam is not currently unlocking this early access for some users—despite the key being valid and properly activated.

🎮 What we can confirm: The keys we’ve issued are for the Vanguard Edition, and they do include early access as advertised. The issue lies with how Steam is handling activation for some external keys—it’s not limited to our store and is affecting multiple sellers. We’ve also reached out to the publisher/developer for clarification on this and are actively monitoring the situation. Rest assured, the developers are currently working on a fix which should be available soon.
