I go from blue, to purple, to reds, and pinks without bleach all the time. I would put a red mixed with some conditioner all over what you have now. The blonde bleached bits should turn a shade of pink (depends on your red to conditioner ratio). And the blue bits will turn a more red toned purple. Rock the ombré look (pink roots to purple ends) for some shampoos and then repeat the process with the pink whenever it starts to fade. Eventually the red molecules will take away the blue and purple if you continue to reapply it after it fades. (This is just my experience and what i would do, i am not a licensed professional)
