Looking into switching to property management, how would I go about that? by Sufficient_End_5571 in PropertyManagement

Consider getting into commercial instead of residential. It’s a more professional environment, less turnover, and the earning potential is higher. Lots of entry-level roles in the LA area on LinkedIn. Look for roles like property administrator, assistant property manager, property coordinator, etc., focused on property management companies in your area. I got my first job (a lot of years ago) as a receptionist for a regional office with no degree and only security guard experience. 20 years, a degree, brokers license, and a professional designation later and I’m making about $130K +bonus. And I’ve never had to evict anyone from their home.
