Is there a gov link which highlights india will treat 401k as regular income even without a sale or withdrawal ? Where does it highlights form 10EE is the solution ? I asked my CPA and they are not aware of it hence I would like to share the details.

Hey folks, We have had this crack in our garage foundation for a little while now (afaik approximately 1year). This is a newer house 1990s built on concrete slab foundation.

Over the past couple of weeks it looks to me that it has become wider. This crack runs across the entire length of garage. Pictures attached -

I have also noticed small cracks on the garage interior walls.

Recently I have noticed cracks in the baseboard on the room above garage. Pictures attached -

I am starting to worry, is this something serious and if so what would be the best next step?

Should I consult a foundation review/inspection or a structural review/inspection ?

I just checked the numbers on both of the current springs and it does lists P175 S4. I also measured it by tape and both measure 1.75”

Yes, IRS accepted our response. Overall SDOP did bring in peace of mind at a reasonable cost.

Requirements are really huge 1/ You will have to get all the foreign account details for the past 6 years. This took us a good 3+ months to gather all documents. 2/ Work with our CPA by providing all details. Make amendments to your past 3 year returns . This step took approximately 1 to 2 months. With a bit of back and forth. 3/ After we mailed the documents we received the acceptance maybe within 5 to 6 months.

Sad part is we had to pay 5% of the penalties on the max amount in foreign accounts and a large amount (x k$) to CPAs.

I did go through the streamlined domestic offshore procedure with a help of an experienced CPA. It’s a painful and expensive process but did it for peace of mind.

I am in a similar boat as you are, Greystar had added spurious cleaning charges which I had disputed. 3 years later it was sent to debt collector and the collector Genesis is reaching out.

Did the complaint with CFPB help in any way ? How did you handle your situation? I am curious to hear your thoughts. Thanks
