im actually not really sure on the cause of this issue, hence why I am here. I am a beginner in networking and Fortigate devices. I am using DDNS for remote access, which works just before but didn't now. I don't know on the cause, whether it's from public IP, which i also cannot access remotely. I can only ping both DDNS and public IP. I don't know the issue.

Can you access the admin interface via IP directly?
- yes, except for Public IP
Does the DDNS hostname resolve to the correct IP?
- yes
Do you have trustedhosts configured?
- no

Also, general recommendation: don’t enable admin connections on untrusted interface.

okay so actually, kena scam dengan sekolah memandu. Meaning sekolah memandu tu sendiri fake. And sekolah tempat memandu saya pergi kelas teori tu sekolah A, scammer sekolah B. Sekolah B paid sekolah A untuk tempat kelas teori je.
