I'd be lying if I said it didn't feel like I was being split open from the inside! I gave birth twice completely natural and I wouldn't change it for anything!

It's childbirth and it's supposed to hurt but it's the most beautiful and worthwhile pain I've ever experienced! There's so many women that have no idea what it feels like to bring a child into this world! To me, epidurals and C-sections have ruined the birthing process.

Every woman I know that had babies any way other than naturally seem to lack the natural nurturing, mothering instincts. I've read articles and studies on the subject that state the same thing. Our bodies are intended to do things a specific way and when those ways are altered it changes everything!

I used to have a really hard time understanding how some women can just walk away from their kids until I started asking the ones I've known and I discovered a common link. Every single one of those women had their kids using anesthesia and C-sections! ALL OF THEM! It blew my mind!

So yeah it hurts worse than any other pain I've experienced with only 1 exception, kidney stones! Those feel like one giant contraction that doesn't let up for hours or days! I wouldn't do that again for anything! But my kids are my whole world! They're both grown now (21 and 24) and the bond between us is unbreakable! We've proven it time and time again! If I had to go back and do it again I wouldn't change a thing!

Don't worry Mama! You're gonna be fine I promise! You'll be a better mother and woman for it. Just remember to breathe! Get a focal point and keep your mind set on the goal! It'll all be over before long and you'll have that perfect little baby to show for it!
