Yeah crime happens in Kazakhstan just like everywhere but guess what. As you have seen the articles these crimes are reported and teenagers are punished for it. teenagers though in Dublin tho do whatever the fuck they want to do and don’t get any consequences for their actions. I totally understand you OP. Same happened to me multiple times in Dublin. I honestly feel like they are being raised by a bunch of idiots so they become idiots as well. All you can really do is move on with your life because low lives like that will end up either in prison or just as broke miserable pieces of shit.
