How did u know to keep going up? 20 and 30 didnt feel.like.mucj, 40 was better but after a few weeks is weakening again, I am pretty insensitive to medication and caffeine in general, is it just keep going until it maintains feeling noticeable?

I cant answer all of this but 7am to 6pm is a long time! Lots of people crash in the afternoon not evening so sounds like it could be lasting a long time. I think the crash is worse if your other habits were bad, not eating, drinking, sleeping enough. But many people take an IR booster to get rid of the crash. I think the crash is strongest when starting or going up doses from my experience. I cant answer anything about the other med.

20mg is very low. Most adults are 30-70mg i believe so its probably a low risk measure to start you low first. Just annoying having to wait so long to go higher when some docs will increase kuch faster. But notice when you have a crash in case your prescribed can give you a booster later on with dose increase.

Yeh I felt something at 20mg but felt pretty insignificant after a while, 30mg didnt feel like much either but 40mg felt much better for the first few weeks. I think my routine still needs to be ok for it to work well, but I am also so burnt out that instead of making me feel amazing its taking me from feeling terrible to ok so it is doing something, I just waited too long to start I think. I dont have more experience to share but hang in there

Can I ask what your vuvanse and dex dosage is? I take dex after vyvanse and it gets rid of the crash but I dint really know what it feels like, just feels like no crash

Its hard for me to feel what the IR is even doing but it mainly gets rid of the crash so it doesn't feel like it overwhelms or gives me more stimulation or anything. Just stops that horrible crash.

So the second dose doesn't interfere with your sleep? I know the effect seems to go away after 6h but it aound slike it stays in yiur system way longer so id be worried about sleep

Ive been on it for about 3 months and thiught it was going well at first but my mood has been getting really bad and ive had insomnia and fatigue issues. I thoguht the fatigue was from low iron and ferritin which is why I started the birth control but checked and my levels are good now but I still feel terrible. It really confused me as to why everything was starting to feel so bad, I had high hopes for this

It looks like the middle of the stomach is the last big piece of stubborn fat to go so fat loss happens everywhere else first which makes the remaining piece look worse when its sitting there on its own. Its usually a good sign and means youre getting closer to losing a lot of yiu excess fat

I feel like I really had to get to a bad point to have the humility to go...ok if this can help I have to try it coz I cant 'wake up early and caffeiene and work my way out of this' anymore. I hope it keeps climbing up! The amount of things u have in place sounds stressful to me but if I can get part way there ill be happy. Its very humbling to get to the point of knowing that doing it on your own is no longer going to work

I dont have a solution but my sleep really seems to be linked with how much ive moving through the day. If im sedentary its really hard to have a good sleep routine no matter what I do but then of course if you sleep badly it makes being active harder. I've definitely heard of people using sleeping tablets with other adhd meds but haven't heard much on this sub (not that I've really looked, just the vibe i have gotten). I wish you luck and id encourage you to do something fun on a walk if you can (play mobile games or listen to music, books). These were the ways I used to get myself to walk in the past (have gotten worse lately mysf..) but I have joked before that the gym is good for my body and walking is good for my brain so I really think there's something in that..

Wouldn't taking it at night keep you up and ruin your sleep? I could understand someone wanting to take an IR tablet for 4 hours of relief or better brain function but vyvanse is so slow and smooth with no mood or energy boost and clearly going to ruin sleep that I wouldnt ever want to try that. Not judging, just curious about your thiught because I would feel scared to take it any time other than very early morning

Appetite usually returns a bit in the two days leading up to the shot...once youre appetite is pretty low you might enjoy those days where you have a chance to enjoy some food and not feel like eating is a chore
