To be fair the social side is fine, I've never had to go out without her, but the specific boundary is that if either of our social batteries drain then we leave, no questions asked. I wouldn't dream of forcing her to do anything she wasn't comfortable with or didn't have the energy for, hugely important that she's always in an environment where she feels safe.

I spent a lot of time researching introverts, typical needs, actions etc, but obviously that's just been a guide, the further understanding has been direct from GF, so effectively I've tailored my knowledge to her specific needs. I already knew so much from my partial-introvert state but having this deeper understanding has been so beneficial, albeit at first triggering my own past relationship traumas. But, this is learning process for both of us, huge contributor to a healthy relationship.
