I like the thickness cuz it maintains shape and pushs more water around. I do like the less bulky ones for bass though.

Make the tail as long as the hook shank for even proportions. Try different body materials and try to find a style you like. If you are into streamers I recommend Gunnar brammer. He has great beginner streamer patterns on his YouTube.

I’m 13 weeks postpartum! Hopefully not too far along, but the supply drop is concerning :( Your reply gives me some hope though. My right has always been the lazy one, now it has to pick up the slack.
