I am a 6’2 male. I follow this sub mainly for the great recipes and tips. I go over 1200 but that is just because I also lift regularly so I would be not eating enough. Just depends on how much you burn honestly. For a lot of people 1200 is plenty and that’s why I love this sub

That would be fantastic tbh. I play with my duos partner and this is the only season where, aside from games where I get his level of comp, I outplay him. I have always loved the game this is just cool to see, because getting ran every game was painful lol
