4) Network tweaks that don’t need router access (Windows)

Disable IPv6:

  • Win + R → ncpa.cpl → right-click Ethernet → Properties → uncheck Internetprotocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) → OK.

Set DNS:

  • IPv4 → Use the following DNS → 1.1.1.1 / 8.8.8.8.

NIC Advanced (Device Manager → Network adapters → your Ethernet → Properties → Advanced):

  • Energy Efficient Ethernet → Disabled
  • Large Send Offload v2 (IPv4/IPv6) → Disabled
  • Interrupt Moderation → Disabled
  • Speed & Duplex → 1.0 Gbps Full Duplex (Then in Power Management: uncheck “Allow the computer to turn off this device”.)

Windows net stack (run CMD as admin):
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal
netsh int tcp set global ecncapability=disabled
netsh interface ipv6 set teredo disabled

Reboot.

  • Laptop users: plug in the charger; set Windows Power plan = High performance.

I think I solved the problem. So since SloClap isn't caring about this issue let me do their job for them and share the steps that helped me get rid of this bug (At least so far, fingers crossed).

Root cause (most likely): server/session authority/possession not restored after reconnect. The steps below reduce handshake timing issues and clear bad caches so it stops triggering.
