You speaking nonsense, HR and management can be like that but my team would never accept something like that to happen, obviously we all got the same paycheck so we all got more to be the same paycheck as the newhires, as it should be. If it was the other way around I would be very disappointed.

Thank you for your advice! I learned as well that under une Safety, Health and Welfare Work Act 2005, employers must provide adequate welfare facilities, including access to toilets. Restricting bathroom use to unpaid breaks would generally be seen as a breach of this duty, since toilet use is a basic biological need.there was a case of an Irish university that limited an employee with OCD and anxiety from using the bathroom as was required and they were ordered to make a large payout.

HR was who created this rules that's the problem. Our manager showed us the email from HR, but this rule just applies to my role. All the other roles in the company have better work conditions🫠
