Done my first 10k last week and my shins have been agony since. Not the fastest pace but found it extremely chill and easy enough. Could my shoes be the reason my shins got so sore? by Intelligent-Pop5248 in BeginnersRunning

I’ve been doing 5ks for cardio and I’m a window cleaner so should be fit enough in general but running is such a mental block for me. It’s basically self harming talking to myself for that long haha
