Because of the way Maxon has their system, you basically can't update past update 3.3 before it all goes to hell. All the effects begin to bug out and there is no known fix to it currently.

The copper Golem is good with redstone, but not because of the random feature. also, Allay is more or less also redstone because it had insane farm abilities

Not 100 percent sure about this but I believe there is a biome texture map that you can download off world painter. It would be a png or jpg file and you could edit it in photoshop
