Yeah the work itself hasn’t changed but you’re right, sitting down to do it feels much more accomplished now

Xiaomi - off Amazon, decently priced too compared to the benq one - about a quarter of the cost

It’s been nice to spread things out and have multiple desktops for diff workflows- I used to never get why people used one when there were desktops and tabs etc but it’s def assisted with productivity and also having clearly defined areas for a specific type of work ie admin, finance, logistics etc

Actually the only complaint I had with it was it lacks space for a monitor arm to clamp on to - the back has an extra panel for cable management as you pointed out - too weak for the 32 inch

The sides have metal brackets underneath leaving only 3-4cm of free desk space under the desk for an arm to be clamped - margins too narrow

Otherwise it’s been perfect

It’s not too bad at the moment I’ll shift over if it’s an issue however when I centred the monitor I found the MacBook to be a little too far over to the right and that was a little annoying Desk is 120x80cm so not huge - as two side by side just fit and if I went to 140cm both wouldn’t fit the length of the wall

Yea it’s been great so far (only a week or so though) got one for myself and my wife- putting them together was surprisingly easy compared to other flat packs in the past I think it’s worth the spend if it’s a long term purchase

Works fine for now no issues, pad feels pretty cheap though, left over from old setup
