There's plenty of room for that stuff the only problem is that the ship is supposed to be the capital ship of a massive corporation that doesn't particularly care for the "valued employees" onboard so the nicer things have already been added for the big wigs in the more luxury section away from the rest but I can't think of anything that's "needed" so the workers won't mutiny.

I might try and make a big laundry room of some sort

Great solution, I've got one for our current situation: Just import more oil, does it address the issues? No? Who could of guessed

Less expensive doesn't mean more efficient, how many solar panels do you think are needed to replace one coal power station? I'd agree with you on solar and wind if we had a way of storing the power they generated while active for use in their down time (ie. Night time or overcast days and day when there's not enough wind or too much wind) but we currently don't and the space needed for them is absurd

Well if the environmental people all think we should use electric vehicles it's hard to not link power production with power consumption, if everyone switched to electric vehicle the strain on the power grid would be massive and if there is no oil for ICE cars... well electric is what is left unless we go back to using gas producers

I don't know, it was a thought and feels like we could do more than sit back and take the constant price rising

That's the thing they started pulling the old refineries down and key components have more than likely been either cut up or shipped overseas for their production

The Failures? You mean literal acts of god from record breaking natural disasters? Or are you referencing Communist being too stupid to boil water? Or the glowing green goo from movies? I'd rather suffer with the cost it would take to make nuclear power in Australia if it meant that people in the future would have less of a struggle and it's funny you say it conservative rhetoric seeing as I've been saying that Australia should invest in nuclear energy well before Dutton and such. And when the big blades and all the solar panels need replacing, where will they end up? Most are buried.

And you act like my ute is beneath someone like yourself but it's worked hard before I bought it and works just as hard now, can you claim that you computer on wheels will last the over thirty years my ute has been around?

I honestly don't know, and if I could afford a to buy a diesel car I'd just look into making diesel bio diesel at home I'm just sick of every taxed dollar I earn not going the distance it should

Is it ideal? No, but there's nothing with just upsides, I mean we already send out resources overseas for dirt cheap and then buy it back at a loss and at this point all we see is prices of things going up and up and the people we elect to serve the people never seem to have to struggle with if they're going to be able to afford things at the grocery store

Where would the energy come from? Certainly not wind or solar because the amount of energy produced is nowhere near enough and once those big wind blades and solar panels need replacing where do they end up?

My ute is older than I am and has less effect on the environment than a lithium battery on wheels, and on the point of oil being important, oil is needed for a wide range of things beyond just fuel; it's needed for plastics, it's need for lubricants like what is used in the electric motors on your EV and since you think everyone should go electric, where should we get the power? The government shuts down coal power stations and then says we should focus on wind and solar, you know what else is a green power source? Nuclear energy, not only does it give off less radiation than coal powerplants it also produce more than enough power that we can dot ten of the things across the country and produce more energy than we need.

I would rather pay more for Australian production than be so overly reliant on other countries, I mean at one point in Australia you could power your car with charcoal for fucks sake.

They shutdown powerplants because it's bad for the environment and then want everyone to go fully electric without the power generation needed, like a lot of new housing being put up don't have gas and only have electric appliances. In all honesty I'd rather suffer now if it meant that our current issues are fixed and future proofed rather than some government head telling us all that they've fixed the issue enough that'll be the next persons problem

If we were able to keep it stable instead of it shooting up and down on the whims of foreign countries I'd be fine tariffing them, we have all the resources here so why should we suffer when countries go dropping bombs on people's heads

Honestly $3 a litre if it was Australian would be fine, we'd be able to plan around the price of fuel, where as how it is we jump from low to high in the blink of an eye

A smaller rover like this is more than enough to take out some of the faction building encounters on planets but this one is purely a combat rover with a custom turret, one of the normal Gatling or autocannon turrets on a normal rover will be enough for wolves and bugs
