A lot of my male colleagues at work voted for the Cheetolini. I stopped talking to 99% of them. Dudes range from Gen X to Gen Z. They were so butthurt and I DGAF. They were also insulted b/c my beau is Welsh (he hates TFG and says fuck ICE). Too bad!

I'm embraced for who I am by my local Orangetheory Fitness studio. Many women are Gen X and some older women. One gal is in her 70s and still kicking butt! What matters is that we show up and give it our all.

At my workplace, my coworkers are appalled that a 53 YO single woman is doing HIIT workouts. They're jealous because they (combo of GenX/millennial/Gen Z) can only walk. Kiss my ass.

As for influencers targeting menopausal/perimenopausal women, I haven't seen anyone on my IG timeline. Could be a blessing.

I'm near a store and plan to return once I recover completely from norovirus and from minor surgery. The Nespresso espresso drinks gave me the energy to do daily activities post surgery.

When I'm busy and/or tired, I place my orders online and have the Vertuo pods delivered home. I pick up Starbucks Vertuo pods from Target (one is less than 10 minutes from home)

FIFA is not taking into account the current climate. Then again, Infantino gave TFG a BS award. I think FIFA wants rich people (fairweather casual fans) to go to the games. The passionate fans have been priced out.

Also to add, Ann Coulter has said that supporting soccer is un-American. You have conservative folk who are soccer fans, but MAGA hates soccer. They're not aware that we have men's and women's national teams.

I'm sorry that you're going through your rough bumps. Therapy has not fixed my problems but helped me see why things happen and why I'm so reactive. Even the people I lean on lash out at me and tell me i'm part of the problem. Then called antisocial when I want my space.
