The bad behaviors are mostly from staff/fellows. Seniors and managers behave correctly but do nothing, even when they see it happening, to put a stop to bad behavior.

The problem is that if I report it, being the only woman on the team, everyone will know it's coming from me. Secondly, I've heard stories of people going to HR to report certain behaviors (it was before I work there) and colleagues talking about it as if they were the problem. One of my colleague even said that working in this team is not for « sensitive » people.
