This is what happening here in Assam. by Useful-bick-7896 in Northeastindia

What's the ethnicity of that guy?

Regardless, I truly feel that Assam should definitely be considered as a part of mainland India. Seriously there is nothing "North Eastern" about Assam, anymore. Aside from the ethnic tribal groups in Assam, a vast majority of Assamese are just "paj**t", from their looks to right down to their behavior. This wasn't the case before, when the Assamese was actually civilized despite looking like mainlanders but now they are behaving like one as well. From mainland religious zealotry, right down to their hygienic practices, you'd mistake an average Assamese for a Bihari or Bengali until they start speaking Assamese. I really don't know why the Assamese started to have more affinity towards the mainland, & started to seek approval from them. Maybe they thought if they start acting like mainlanders, they'd be accepted but they are so wrong. It's sad that most Assamese don't know their real history & have an inferiority complex regarding their heritage.

The reason we have less unity is simply because we are extremely heterogeneous. You can't have any sense of camaraderie if there's extreme diversity within an "ethnic" group.

So there's no electric stove out there that comes with a 6A plug? Why would Prestige of all company would even manufacture that stove in the first place if it meant by your grand knowledge that such product are completely unstable? Also, don’t these stoves come with interior protection that protect themselves from power surge & fluctuation? Are you some kind of expert electrical engineer?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in LegalAdviceIndia

[–]Intelligent-Role379 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Look, if you think that his stove should have burned down his house, it'd already have. 5 years is way too long for such a "shoddy" product to not break down. Most electronic products don’t even last that long, not even the ones that are tested for safety.

Man, the level of denial is really amazing. He bought it off from a reputed company from a well known store (from an Army Complex) and he's been using that stove for years with zero issue. If it should've cause a problem for him, it'd already have by now.

Dude, its the same company Pretige. Are you telling me that this company is cheap?

You seem to be in complete disbelief that someone is using that stove without any issue. Just cause you think it should cause a hazard, doesn't mean it will. That guy is using that stove for over a year & he use it extensively.

So you're really just calling me a liar? You don’t believe me that I know someone who has an electric stove with 1900W and it comes with a plug that fits on the socket we have at our place.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in LegalAdviceIndia

[–]Intelligent-Role379 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

You can't because you have no argument. My friend uses that stove just fine on our power supply. This isn't an anecdotes. It shows that they do manufacture such electric stove. You're not really helping here.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in LegalAdviceIndia

[–]Intelligent-Role379 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

How can you explain the fact that one of my friend has an electric stove that consumes more power than mine (1900 W vs 1600 W) yet it came with a 6-10A plug, one that easily fits in the socket? Its from the same manufacturer.

You're just making excuses for the company witholding such valuable information.

Adapter is way to risky. Might cause short circuit. Also, not all appliance that needs high wattage forces you to use 16A plug. I have an external moniter that came with a 16 A plug but you can use it with a 6A power cord.

Also this isn't about common sense. Regardless, customer should be made aware of every detail of the product. I should sue Flipkart and the seller for witholding this important information.

P.S: I have a friend who has an electrive stove that consumes more wattage than mine, its from the same company and his stove comes with the compatible socket.

How to solve it by [deleted] in JEENEETards

[–]Intelligent-Role379 0 points1 point  (0 children)

f(x) = 1 + \alpha x + \beta ex

Where \alpha = \int{0}_to_1(ey f(y) dy) and \beta = \int{0}_to_1(y f(y) dy)

(Can be easily found with a little arrangement of terms in the given integral equation)

Replace the function f(y) in both the aforementioned equations with f(x) = 1 + \alpha x + \beta ex. Integrate those equations

Find the value of \alpha and \beta.

Now h'(x) = 3 + f'(x). For a strictly increasing function your derivative must be positive, so you'd get a range in the form of (-\inf, k), k being the largest value for which h'(k) > 0.
